Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have purchased the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items cannot be returned, or will not be refunded if they have been opened, used or damaged.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs on returns are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet and you've received notification from us that it has been processed, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. A sale item is one that has a discounted price where the original full price is also listed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@mobilepodiatryshop.com
If you have purchased the wrong item or wrong variant of an item, we cannot exchange for a different item. Please see the 'Refunds' section above.
Shipping
Once you have contacted us regarding a return, we will email you with details of return postal address.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a tracking postal service, otherwise cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
